SAYN is opening its first retail location: a luxury beauty store featuring high-end skincare, esthetician treatment rooms, and a dynamic brand-activation space.
We’re hiring an experienced Store Manager to help build this flagship from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
● Lead daily retail + spa operations and ensure a seamless luxury customer experience
● Hire, train, and manage the in-store team (sales associates & estheticians)
● Drive sales through clientele, service excellence, and strong product knowledge
● Oversee scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and store presentation
● Support in-store events, brand activations, and partner trainings
● Provide weekly performance insights to leadership
Who You Are
● 3+ years management experience in beauty retail or luxury consumer goods.
● Spa management experience a plus.
● Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
● Comfortable building processes and operating in a startup-style environment
● Passion for skincare, luxury beauty, and creating memorable experiences
